Ceremony of Appreciation

 I am pretty delighted, as I was honored by the Geology Department for obtaining an excellent grade in the previous academic year, from Dr. Mahmoud Aref, Prof. Abbas Mansour the former South Valley University president, the head of the Geology Department Prof. Hisham Ahmed Hussein, and the Dean of the Faculty of Science Prof.Khalid ibn al-Walid.




Mahmoud Hamed is a geologist with a passion for knowledge and an eye for beauty in art and nature. Based in Egypt, he has shared his enthusiasm for his field on social media, frequently capturing precious moments in the wilderness, his work in the lab, and his love of arts and culture. Mahmoud's recent thoughts offer a glimpse into his passion for romantic and orientalist art, his musings on life, and snippets of his work in the geology field.
